Organic Form
The initial idea was to create an ambiguous plate, somewhere between a rim plate and a coupe plate. The designer tried to incorporate the swaying motions such as ocean waves and fluttering cloths into the organic curve of the collection.
Wide Use
As the form is carefully designed to achieve the best balance of width and depth, the plate can be used widely and freely from the edge to the center. It comes in different sizes to fit various cuisines.
